At Ruth & Annie's Fashions, each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards of quality and elegance.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for normal wear, accidental damage, or changes of mind.
