How Our Pre-Order Process Works

Step 1: Place Your Pre-Order

Reserve your handbag during the pre-order period. Payment is collected at the time your order is placed to secure your item.

Step 2: Pre-Orders Close

Once the pre-order period ends, we submit the final quantity to our manufacturer so production can begin.

Step 3: Production Begins

Production typically takes 4–8 weeks.

Step 4: Quality Inspection

Once we receive the handbags, each one is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before being packaged for shipment.

Please allow up to one week for inspection and order preparation after we receive the shipment from our manufacturer.

Step 5: Your Order Ships

Once your handbag has passed inspection, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
